We were able to identify the cause of the issue, and have implemented a fix for the issue affecting customers sometimes receiving 500s, and timeouts, with the application.

Investigating

We have identified a billing issue that has resulted in ever increasing resource utilization within certain systems of our infrastructure.

This has resulted in an experience of increased latency and 5XX errors in the application.
